These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made on the website www.hoogacollective.com, operated by:

By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated below. These conditions apply to all purchases by private consumers and, where relevant, business customers.

1. Ordering

You can place orders on our website 24/7. Orders are processed during working hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CET. Orders placed outside business hours will be processed the next working day.

Before placing your order, you can review and edit the contents of your shopping cart. You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during checkout is correct.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email acknowledging receipt. Please note this is not an acceptance of your order. A binding contract is only formed when you receive a separate order confirmation email.

2. Payment and Prices

All prices are in EURO (€) and include Spanish VAT (IVA) where applicable. Shipping fees are added at checkout based on destination and order size.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Maestro
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

The total amount will be reserved on your payment method at checkout and charged once the order is shipped.

3. Delivery

We deliver to most European countries listed during the checkout process. If your country is not listed, contact us at hello@hoogacollective.com for a custom shipping quote.

3.1. Standard Parcel Delivery

In-stock items are typically dispatched within 10-15 business days. Parcel delivery is handled via trusted couriers such as GLS, DHL, or UPS. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.

3.2. Furniture and Large Items

Large furniture orders are shipped via freight carrier to curbside delivery only. A delivery date will be arranged in advance. You must be present to receive and inspect the delivery. If no one is available, re-delivery may incur additional fees.

Inspect your delivery upon arrival. If the packaging is damaged, sign the delivery note with a reservation or refuse delivery. Notify us immediately if any damage is discovered after unpacking.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Private customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

To exercise this right, notify us in writing at hello@hoogacollective.com within the cancellation period. The product must then be returned within 14 days of your cancellation notice.

Important:

  • Returns must be in original packaging and unused condition.
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
  • We recommend using tracked shipping for your return.

Returns must be sent to the address provided upon request of a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return, using the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until the returned item is received or proof of return is provided.

Custom or made-to-order products are non-refundable.

5. Complaints and Warranty

If you receive a defective product or one that has been damaged in transit, contact us at hello@hoogacollective.com within 5 days of receipt.

We offer a 2-year warranty on manufacturing defects for furniture. Extended warranties may apply to select items; see product details for more information.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage due to improper use, care, or installation
  • Discoloration or fading due to sunlight or heat
  • Products customized or modified after delivery

When submitting a complaint, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defect or damage
  • A detailed description of the issue
6. Returns

You may return eligible items within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact hello@hoogacollective.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Shipping costs for returns are not covered by Hooga Collective, unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

7. Limitations and Liability

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, due to variations in screen displays, we cannot guarantee exact color matching. We recommend requesting material samples where color precision is important.

We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or shipping delays outside our control).

8. Intellectual Property

All content on www.hoogacollective.com, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the intellectual property of HOOGA COLLECTIVE, S.L. or its licensors and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
